Live Feedback

Live Feedback involves recording live audio in the radio programme, either via panel guests brought into the studio, live phone ins via the internet or telephone, or through on location mobile radio stations streaming the broadcast live.

Live feedback is a key element to any radio programme, and is used in FEAST to emphasise the fact that the event is taking place live around the world. It also adds to the authenticity and approachability of the programme content.

However FEAST looks to use technology to frame the event in terms of a live sense of connectedness, or conversation rather than the more traditional sense of immediacy when we consider a live broadcast. The audience knows that events and conversations are taking place live over the weekend of the event, and the programming and technology emphasises this.

In this way "live" come to mean some time in the coming minutes, hours, or couple of days.
