Audio Archive

The idea here is to use Fedwiki to curate and archive of conversations recorded as part of FEAST. The eventual aim is to create a shared archive of audio files together with background research around the themes discussed in order to form a suitable medium for grups collaborating around researching themes for radio production.

# Audioboom Archive

Audioboom has a useful mobile app and web site, that we can use as a temporary archive and web service for collecting and organising spoken word sound file.

Each sound file can have a title, description, geolocation, and image associated with it.

The Audioboom API is relatively straight forwards and enables us to upload souns collected from other sources.

Using this API together with the Telegram API it is possible to enable the automatic backing up of audio clips (together with associated metadata to Audioboom. Later, or should Audiobooms terms of service change, we can download the clips to our own servers.
